Download CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE IGNITION SWITCH IS OFF!! The wire from the ignition switch to the ignition coil primary terminal is NOT fused in many applications. If this wire is allowed to touch vehicle or engine ground, with the ignition switch on, it can cause a direct short on the battery possibly causing permanent damage to the vehicle wiring and a fire. Cypress Engineering assumes no liability for damage caused from this occurrence or due to any faults in the existing vehicle wiring. 5. Remove the ignition switch wire from the ignition coil primary positive (+) terminal. Make sure this wire does not come into contact with vehicle or engine ground. 6. Remove the ignition coil and mounting strap from the fan housing and set them aside. 7. Remove the stock distributor and set it aside. 8. Download Power Steering Warning Message Displayed in DIC, IPC/Radio Displays Erratic, DTC C0900, B1325 Set (Replace Ignition Coil/Module Assembly and Add Ground Strap) Models: 2004-2006 Chevrolet Malibu, Malibu Maxx with 3.5L Engine (VINs 8, N — RPOs LX9, LZ4) Condition Some customers may comment on a loss of power steering assist at high RPM (above 3500 RPM) and a power steering warning message displayed in the DIC. Ford Mustang Fuel Injection Conversion

Filed Under (Ford) by admin on 04-05-2012

Download These instructions will provide the basic and necessary information to allow a carbureted 302 to be converted to SEFI Fuel Injection. There are several different types of fuel injection conversions available, however, this instruction will concentrate on the High Output, MASS-AIR setups found on the 92-93 Ford Mustangs. There are two main advantages to using this type of setup. The first advantage is that the computer in the MASS-AIR system will automatically compensate for any engine modifications that have been done prior to the installation of the fuel injection system. The second advantage is that fuel is sent to each cylinder individually only during the appropriate firing cycle, meaning that fuel is sent sequentially to each cylinder only when the spark plug is ready to fire. This makes for an extremely efficient firing cycle . SEFI stands for Sequential Electronic Fuel Injection. This system is complex to be sure, therefore, this instruction is going to skip all the technical mumbo-jumbo, and focus on the bare essentials to install this system properly.… Read More
