Download 1. Disconnect the positive battery cable. Make sure it does not touch any metal! Remove the oil fill cap and then lift up on the front of the engine beauty cover to remove it from the vehicle. Replace the oil cap for now to make sure nothing falls into the crankcase during the install. 2. Pull the crankcase breather hose out of the air intake tube using a firm tug. An O-ring is all that keeps it attached to the tube. Push the small tab on the hard plastic crankcase breather hose on top of the passenger side rocker cover to release it from the steel breather line. Remove it from the vehicle. Next loosen the hose clamp that secures the air intake tube to the throttle body. 3. Using a deep 10mm socket, remove and save the two nuts that secure the factory airbox to the fender well. Several steps are dependant on others, so it is important know where and how each component is to be mounted before installation commences. Your kit has been designed for a specific motorcycle. Even if you have installed kits before, take note of where and how components should be installed – particularly the wiring harness layout and connections.
3. TOOLS REQUIRED: Your cruise control can be successfully installed using: • a standard metric socket set; • a metric spanner set including an 11mm ring spanner; • a metric hex key set; • a screwdriver set. • A flat file, a grinder or sandpaper; • Loctite ’243′ or equivalent.

Download PRODUCT ACCESSORIES DESCRIPTION The 1100F interface module is used when installing remote start products in Ford vehicles equipped with a factory immobilizer. The 1100F allows for easy interfacing between the remote start and the factory immobilizer, while maintaining the integrity of the OEM system. The factory transponder-based anti-theft system uses a small electronic chip hidden in the key to send a code to the vehicle’s transceiver when the ignition is energized. The key must be placed in the ignition and turned to the RUN position. This energizes a coil surrounding the key, which in turn energizes the chip, which sends a code to the vehicle. If the vehicle does not detect the code being sent, the vehicle will start and then immediately shut off or will just crank, and the anti-theft light will flash. The 1100F provides a valid code to the vehicle whenever it is remote started, but does not affect the immobilizer system during normal vehicle operation; the immobilizer system remains fully functional.… Read More

There are several different types of fuel injection conversions available, however, this instruction will concentrate on the High Output, MASS-AIR setups found on the 92-93 Ford Mustangs. There are two main advantages to using this type of setup. The first advantage is that the computer in the MASS-AIR system will automatically compensate for any engine modifications that have been done prior to the installation of the fuel injection system. The second advantage is that fuel is sent to each cylinder individually only during the appropriate firing cycle, meaning that fuel is sent sequentially to each cylinder only when the spark plug is ready to fire.
