Remove the door glass run channel from the door sash in the area shown. Do not remove the glass run channel from the door mirror base or the rear end of the door. Door Panel & Mirror Housing Removal 2002-2003 Honda CRV:1. Open door and lower window. 2. Remove plastic cover from corner of door. 3. Pop-out and remove plastic inserts. 4. Remove door handle plastic cover. 5. Unscrew the (2) screws revealed by the removal of the door handle cover. 6. Pry out door handle as shown. Disengage latch behind door handle and remove door handle. 7. Remove the (2) screws beneath armrest. 8. Lift up and pull door panel out slightly as shown. Disconnect any wiring connection behind door panel. Remove door panel from door. 9. Unscrew the (3) nuts holding the mirror housing to the door. Remove mirror housing from door.

Remove side mirror trim piece on top corner of door panel by pulling out on it d. Gently remove door panel by first pulling out on it at the bottom and then lifting it over the window lip on top e. Disconnect all wire harnesses and mechanical cables from the door panel and place the door panel in safe place f. Remove speaker by inserting a flat head screwdriver in the slot on top and gently pulling out on it.
