Download ALARM/SIREN POSITION CENTRAL UNIT POSITION Position the compact alarms and the sirens on the support near the locking of the bonnet. Position the modular sistems and the modules under the central tunnel or under the passenger’s side seat. POWER SUPPLY +30: connect directly to the positive pole of the battery. -31: connect directly to the ground terminal located behind the driver’s side sill cover. Download kit Torx T-35 screwdriver Soldering iron Solder Heat gun or other heat source to heat shrink tubing Drill with 3/8″ bit Small wire cutters Wire strippers that go down to 20 gage wire Electrical Tape Drop or Flash Light Hanger for pulling wire Step Description Completed (check) 1 Place Telematics box in Service Mode. 2 Remove Fuse SB13. 3 Remove driver’s side trim and Telematics box from under carpet. 4 Disconnect wiring from Telematics box. Download REQUIRED TOOLS: 7mm Hex wrench, socket extensions, Torx T-8 driver, black permanent felt tipped marker. 1. Start up your car and let it get up to operating temperature. While it’s warming up, Remove the top three 7mm Hex screws from the top of the instrument cluster housing. Pop the housing straight out towards you . 2. Unplug the trunk release wiring harness (A, pictured below). Pull the rubber piece out from under the housing (B). Set the housing aside, and unscrew the four 7mm hex screws around the instrument cluster (C). 3. You might want to shut off the car by now, if you haven’t already. Before doing anything else you are going to have to mark the needle location. With the car at full operating temperature. Now mark exactly where the temp, tach, and fuel gauge needles are on the face. Pull out the instrument cluster. ALARM/SIREN POSITION Position the compact alarms and the sirens in the engine compartment, under the battery support.
CENTRAL UNIT POSITION Position the modular systems and the modules under the dashboard on the drivers side.
POWER SUPPLY + 30: connect to the free faston at position 5 on the front part of the fuse box. – 31: connect with a ring terminal to one of the terminals coming out of the original power supply on the left lateral side, drivers side.
IGNITION WIRE + 15/54: connect to the YELLOW/BLACK wire of the 6 way brown connector of the fuse box.
DIRECTION INDICATORS Connect to the 1,5 mm2 GREEN/BLUE and YELLOW/GREEN wire located in the 20 way green connector at the centre of the fuse box.
CENTRAL DOORS LOCKING See diagram nr. 60 for antithefts of the Bridge serie and diagram nr. 60A for antithefts of the 3100 serie.
