Tools Required: • 6 mm Allen Wrench • 10 mm Open-End Wrench Hardware: • Chrome Spool Washer x1 (Included) • 1″ x 6 mm Bolt x1 (Included) • Nylon Washers x2 (Included) Baseplate Features: The two-piece, marine-grade fiberglass baseplate is a direct replacement for the stock two-piece seat. Rubber bumpers are positioned to protect the frame and fender. Stock Seat Removal Steps 1. Remove the stock Allen bolt on each side of solo with a 6 mm Allen wrench. 2. Remove the stock acorn nut at the rear of the seat with a 10 mm wrench. 3. Lift seat up and back. Note: Front and rear seats are bolted together. Mounting of Mustang Seat 1. Install one of the included Nylon washers under the included Chrome Spool Washer and secure to the fender with the included 1″ x 6 mm Bolt. 2. Mustang solo mounts just like the stock seat: Slide the nose bracket into the frame under the gas tank. 3. Secure the solo seat to the frame using the stock Allen bolts, through the side brackets. 4. Slide the passenger seat into the spool washer under the solo seat. 5. Use the remaining included nylon washer between the rear chrome bracket and the fender. 6. Secure using the stock 6 mm acorn nut to complete the installation process.
